The spacious outdoor pool offered great relaxation, while parking fees were a bit much.

Loved St. Augustine thoroughly! The hotel also had reduced its rate by 50% in anticipation of a renovation.

Hotel was practically falling down. Rooms were clean, but examples were running toilet, broken molding, one bed with a blanket with a hole in it, and inside guest rooms, clean, but "slummy" appearance.

It was very clean and in a good location for downtown. The staff was very freindly and excellent in their help finding things in town.

We had a truly memorable stay on a road trip.

Easy access to St Augustine airport, which was about 10 minutes' drive away. We ate at a great restaurant for dinner. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, nice pool area.

Terrific hotel with marvellous and easy location and clean throughout. Attractive and immaculate room available with comfy mattress and great pillows, for example. A wide array of delicious and great breakfast options.

We had such a wonderful time visiting the local attractions like the Castle of San Marcos and the Spanish Quarter. Our stay was made even better by the spacious room, perfect for our kids to play. The outdoor pool was a hit as well!

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel offered more family-friendly dining options for the little ones.

This hotel suits me perfectly! The saltwater pool, fitness centre, and 24-hour reception provide everything I need. The staff even helped me find my way on my first stay, which I still appreciate. I highly recommend it!

The King Room was super comfy with clean, modern vibes. Crisp sheets made a big difference. Everything felt well-maintained, always a plus. It was nice to have some snacks available, too! Just that the parking situation was tight, which could be annoying if you have a car.

The staff's attentiveness stood out to me, especially the guy at the front desk. One night, we had this wonderful server at breakfast who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

The breakfast selection, while decent, received mixed reviews-greasy options left a lot to be desired, and some guests were put off by persistent flies around the food.
